We have access to thousands of edge tapes from leading manufacturers, so we’re sure to find the perfect match for your project. We edge boards from 10mm to 55mm thick, including veneered MDF, melamine decors, MDF, and more.

We take great pride in our 5-piece construction, which provides superior quality and durability compared to traditional slab doors.

Our made-to-measure shaker doors are crafted from high-quality MDF, built to withstand the rigours of everyday use. Each door is constructed using 22mm moisture-resistant MDF (MR MDF) and can be finished with optional edge banding for a perfectly smooth and durable edge.

Custom options include White or Grey Primer, mid rails, and hinge holes — all tailored to your project requirements.
